Chandra co-founded Visible Value in 2003 and serves as CEO & Chief Value Creation Officer. She fosters sustainable value creation strategies that allow organizations around the globe to capitalize on pivotal opportunities during growth, transitions, and transformations. Her inclusive and multi-disciplinary approach creates authentic strategies that mobilize organizations and ensure execution through engaged internal and external stakeholders. Chandra inspires her clients to be mission, values, and purpose-driven organizations that deliver superior client and employee experiences and develop sustainable competitive advantages. Her clients become innovative leaders in their industry, achieve their vision, and consistently out-perform their competition.

Chandra advises clients on the evolving opportunities and challenges they face in the areas of strategy, M&A, business continuity, organizational development, client and employee experience, and innovation and disruption. She also develops custom training programs and serves as an Executive Coach and Mentor.

Chandra is also Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder of ourlinQ. ourlinQ is a profit-sharing solution Visible Value created with client, Jones & DeMille Engineering (JDE). The solution led to over a 100% increase in JDE’s profitability in less than two years. In 2019, JDE & Visible Value brought the ourlinQ platform to market. ourlinQ now provides profit sharing solutions to professional services firms and project-based businesses that incentivize their employees to think like owners leading to increased employee engagement & retention and improved project & company profitability.

She regularly presents at national industry conferences including ACEC, CXps, and LMA on value creation, leadership, strategy, organizational development, women in the boardroom, client and employee experience, succession planning, and other topics. Chandra has guest lectured at SKEMA Business School and served on a variety of panels at the Women’s Leadership Summit at Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and Duke University’s Volunteer Leadership Weekend. She obtained an Executive MBA from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business.
