Steve firmly believes that every company is in the business of people. Steve is passionate about using his personal and professional experiences to help others grow professionally as leaders and managers. Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UMASS-Amherst. Steve spent four years as a Resident Engineer, where he honed his conflict resolution skills while working with contractors. He took on leadership roles in a non-profit organization for ten years, managing volunteer groups ranging from 50 to 1,500 people. During this time, Steve worked closely with people to overcome challenges in their lives, trained people for leadership roles, and grew the organization by investing in the people. Over the past 20 years, Steve returned to Civil Engineering and grew a regional firm, Ramey Kemp Associates, from 15 to 85 people. At RKA, he worked his way up the company ladder from Project Manager to CEO. Steve is enjoys traveling with his wife of 32 years, biking, hiking, and generally anything outdoors.
Magan Boatman is a paralegal and is focused on human resources management. Magan provides the data analytics and analysis that is the foundation for your company’s sustainable value-creation strategies. Magan holds an Associate of Science in Legal Studies from American Military University and, upon graduation, worked as a paralegal at a personal injury firm where she gained valuable hands-on experience. With added insight, she returned to American Military University and is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources management with a concentration in Employment Law. Magan is from South Texas and lives in Germany with her spouse, who serves in the Marine Corps. Magan enjoys baking, traveling, and hiking.
Laura brings decades of experience in management and identifying and implementing operational efficiencies for organizations. Her diverse background spans various industries, from retail management to higher education administration. She has developed first-class customer service teams and mentored young professionals at every level. Laura profoundly understands how to create value through streamlining efficiency, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a knack for fostering diverse and inclusive teams. Laura is an avid reader and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
Chris is an experienced public relations professional who is an expert at developing public relations strategies for crisis communications or long-range goals. Recently retired from the United States Army. Excels at working with media, government agencies, and community members at every level, from speaking directly to military families to advising senior Pentagon leaders. He takes pride in developing his staff and leading to accomplishing team goals. He has successfully executed public relations tasks for the United States Army both in the United States and in the Middle East that helped to inform the American Public and communicate the mission and purpose of the operations. He also prepared the Secretary of the Army and General Officers for public relations events ranging from international/national media interviews community outreach events, and crisis communication responses.
Sarah is a expert in building teams, strategic planning and policy creation. She has previously been involved with many private nonprofit organizations on multiple Army and Air Force installations earning her the Commander’s Award for Civilian Excellence and the Alice Grierson Award for Excellence in 2017. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Austin Peay State University in 2008 and Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University in 2014. She currently advocates daily for those experiencing issues with housing as a volunteer for the Armed Forces Housing Advocates where she has been successful in helping to develop and implement policy change to improve the living conditions of thousands of military families. Sarah is a parent of twelve-year-old triplets and currently reside at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Kelly earned her Master of Business Administration from Texas State University, and her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a Certified Public Accounting License from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) license from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA). During non-working hours, she spends time on her ranch in the Texas Hill Country with her husband, dogs, and chickens. She enjoys gardening, cooking, boating, and working out.
