Chandra co-founded Visible Value in 2003 following her successful leadership in turning around and exiting a firm in the AEC industry, as well as holding key leadership roles in both a Fortune 500 company and a private equity-backed firm. Over the past 21 years, she has partnered with a diverse array of companies within the AEC sector and beyond, driving strategic growth and transformation. Chandra is a highly sought-after speaker, known for delivering impactful keynotes, sessions, roundtables, and workshops at national and regional conferences, including ACEC, SHRM, CFMA, ROG Growth Strategies, and more.
Beyond her client work, Chandra’s passion for transformation is evident in her industry and community contributions. She serves on numerous Boards and has been an Advisor to the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times program at George Washington University School of Business.
Chandra earned an Executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she also served on the Alumni Council. Currently, she is actively involved in leading local alumni events. In addition, Chandra serves on the Board of Advisors for NC TECH and is Pillar Lead for Growth Strategy in the Women in IoT Center of Excellence for the world’s largest Internet of Things Community.
Her dedication extends to personal interests as well; she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and family. Through every endeavor, Chandra remains focused on fostering authentic alignment between personal growth and organizational success.

With added insight, she returned to American Military University and is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources management with a concentration in Employment Law. Magan is from South Texas and lives in Germany with her spouse, who serves in the Marine Corps. Magan enjoys baking, traveling, and hiking.

Chris Ophardt is a distinguished leader, public relations professional, and Army veteran with over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and strategic communication. He earned his MBA from Webster University with a 3.96 GPA, enhancing his business analysis, and strategic planning, which he has applied across various roles in the military and civilian sectors.
During his military career, Chris served in key public affairs positions, including the Director of Public Affairs at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and the public relations advisor to the Secretary of the Army at the Pentagon. Chris led Field Artillery units of 50-100 Soldiers during his first two deployments to Iraq. In the third deployment to Iraq, he led strategic communication efforts that gained significant national and international media coverage. Recognized for his leadership and combat experience, he was awarded honors, including a Combat Action Badge, the Legion of Merit, and two Bronze Stars.
His dedication to the community is reflected in his role as the elected President of his 800-home POA and as the First Chairman of the Sea Island Heritage Academy Board, a new charter school in St. Helena, South Carolina. Chris also served as President of the Hilton Head Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter. He dedicates time to mentoring as a coach and tutor. Married to a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatry, they have four children and one grandchild.
