Known for a bold, purpose-driven approach, she helps leaders align strategy, culture, and people so organizations can move faster, execute with clarity, and turn inflection points into competitive advantage. She believes value creation is a leadership discipline—built through alignment, accountability, and the everyday choices leaders make.
Inspired by her experience in M&A and leading transformative change, Chandra co-founded Visible Value over 20 years ago to help organizations redefine how they create growth and resilience. As CEO & Chief Value Creation Officer, she has guided portfolio companies and privately held businesses through high-stakes ownership transitions, rapid growth, M&A integration, and strategic transformation. Her expertise lies in equipping leadership teams to deliver measurable results—driving profitability, organizational agility, and sustainable growth by aligning purpose with performance.

Beyond client engagements, Chandra advances the business and innovation ecosystem through influential board service and thought leadership. She serves on the Board of Advisors for NC TECH and leads Growth Strategy for the Women in IoT Center of Excellence within the world’s largest IoT community—driving initiatives that accelerate innovation and strategic partnerships. Chandra has also advised the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times program at the George Washington University School of Business. A sought-after speaker, she shares real-world insights on strategy and execution, leadership and culture, succession planning, ownership and leadership transitions, and organizational agility.
Chandra earned her Executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she served on the Alumni Council, shaping the direction of its global leadership network. Committed to impact beyond business, she serves on the Executive Committee and chairs the Nominating & Engagement Committee for the Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities (TLC). Her dedication extends to personal interests as well; she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and family.

Magan Boatman is a paralegal and is focused on human resources management. Magan provides the data analytics and analysis that is the foundation for your company’s sustainable value-creation strategies. Magan holds an Associate of Science in Legal Studies from American Military University and, upon graduation, worked as a paralegal at a personal injury firm where she gained valuable hands-on experience. With added insight, she returned to American Military University and is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources management with a concentration in Employment Law. Magan is from South Texas and lives in Germany with her spouse, who serves in the Marine Corps. Magan enjoys baking, traveling, and hiking.

Chris Ophardt
Chris Ophardt is a distinguished leader, public relations professional, and Army veteran with over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and strategic communication. He earned his MBA from Webster University with a 3.96 GPA, enhancing his business analysis, and strategic planning, which he has applied across various roles in the military and civilian sectors.
During his military career, Chris served in key public affairs positions, including the Director of Public Affairs at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and the public relations advisor to the Secretary of the Army at the Pentagon. Chris led Field Artillery units of 50-100 Soldiers during his first two deployments to Iraq. In the third deployment to Iraq, he led strategic communication efforts that gained significant national and international media coverage. Recognized for his leadership and combat experience, he was awarded honors, including a Combat Action Badge, the Legion of Merit, and two Bronze Stars.
His dedication to the community is reflected in his role as the elected President of his 800-home POA and as the First Chairman of the Sea Island Heritage Academy Board, a new charter school in St. Helena, South Carolina. Chris also served as President of the Hilton Head Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter. He dedicates time to mentoring as a coach and tutor. Married to a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatry, they have four children and one grandchild.
